The Choices of Restaurants:
Let me tell you, it's great to live in a town that has such a wide variety of restaurants! Although we tend to return over and over again to a few of our favorites, we make the effort to try new ones fairly often. It's pretty cool knowing that whatever we're in the mood for, there's a restaurant within 20 minutes that'll have what we want!
Myrtle Beach Weather in Winter:
I have to say, we love the weather in the winter here in Myrtle Beach... Okay, I guess I'd better say, we love when it's WARM here in Myrtle Beach. Having transplanted here from California almost 20 years ago, we never did adjust to the humidity or the colder temperatures in winter -- but when it's mild, I mean above 65 degrees in winter, we're pretty happy campers. :)
Oceanfront Lunches at Bummz Beach Cafe in Myrtle Beach:
We love Bummz! We also love Thumbz - the resident Hemingway cat (extra digit) that wandered off the beach and around the deck area going from patron to patron to be petted. Most notable: Menu was funny - Instead of white or wheat bread, their choices were "pale" or "tanned"......
